Our October 27 , 2024 Ballroom Dance - Halloween Celebration / Prizes!

Our Fourth Sunday Afternoon ballroom dance will take place in the historic Spanish Ballroom. Music will be provided by Dance Tet in their premier performance for Ballroom Time.  Led by violinist Chelle Fulk, Dance Tet has had numerous successful performances at other local ballroom dance venues.  Dance Tet will be playing a selection of ballroom music including Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing and more.

A large part of ballroom dance fun is having the opportunity to practice a variety of dances to live music.  Instructor Chikako Massey will conduct a beginner lesson starting at 2:45 pm with a focus on Cha-cha. Live music then begins at 3:30 and goes to 6:00 pm. There will be a showcase, a mixer and a line dance or two during the event.

Ballroom Time is celebrating Halloween with this dance.   You have the option of scaring us / dazzling us with your favorite costume.  Prizes - including a FREE admission to our December 8 Winter Ball! - will be awarded for the 3 best costumes.

Admission is $20 at the door (Cash /Check/Zelle/Credit Card), or $10 for full-time students / active-duty military.
